2.We are extremely proud of our fabrication and welding capabilities, our welders are qualified to EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 and our operations are controlled under EXC 3 of CE Marking requirements. Our principle welding processes include Submerged Arc, MAG, MIG and TIG.

We continue to invest in the latest CNC profiling cutting and drilling machinery as well as automatic welding and marking equipment all directly fed from 3D CAD in our design and detailing business Huaxing Technical.

All operatives are coded welders and hold current CSCS cards, allowing us to take on projects of all types in our purpose built factory which houses a comprehensive range of fabrication equipment.

Our professional team of erectors ensure all steelwork is erected accurately using a range of high quality plant, in line with Health and Safety policies, to meet the demands of the tightest programmes. They all hold CSCS/IPAF/IPAL cards and are managed on site by a minimum SMSTS qualified person at all times.

Steel Structure Shopping Mall

Youxing Angola steel structure shopping mall built the year of 2012，usage for supermarket and exhibition hall，general total area is 9088 square meters. The mid area is two floor supermarket，apartment is three floor，two side of the project is exhibition hall which adopt portal frame. The main structure of the project is adopt welded H steel column，two coats of mid-gray paint；75mm glass wool sandwich panel for roof，single steel sheet for wall surface with parapet around the wall，glass curtain as the wall of front and side while brick wall behind.
